I am a self-taught artist who primarily works with acrylics, which allows for layers and textures to come alive in my paintings. I enjoy using bold, vivid colors designed to create personality & amusement. My inspiration is most commonly derived from nature and animals, but also from my world travels.
For me, creativity begins with a spark, an inspiration... not a specific, preconceived picture. I prefer to create my own figurative interpretation, making my art more whimsical, fun, and imaginative.
